Using this website
This website does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, embedded third-party media or cookies set by the site code. Its pages, fonts and visual assets do not require external content services.
When the site is hosted, the hosting provider may process connection information such as your IP address, the requested page, time of access and browser information to deliver and protect the website. The provider’s infrastructure and retention settings depend on the hosting service used.
The project enquiry form
Information typed into the form stays in the current browser page until you choose an action. The form does not send information to Celixar’s server or save it in browser storage. “Prepare project email” passes your form text to your chosen email application. You must review and send the email yourself. If you download a project brief, a text file is saved on your device.
Your email service processes messages under its own terms. When you send an enquiry, we receive the information you provide, including your name, company, email address and project description.
Why we use enquiry information
We use it to respond, understand your needs, prepare a proposal and keep a record of relevant business communications. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries and developing client relationships, or taking steps at your request before entering a contract where applicable.
Who may receive it
Business email and IT providers may process communications for us. Where necessary for a project, relevant information may be shared with delivery specialists subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection arrangements. We do not sell enquiry information. We may disclose information where required by law.

How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information while the discussion is active and for a reasonable period to manage follow-up and records. Retention is reviewed according to whether the enquiry proceeds, any contractual or legal obligations, and the need to resolve disputes. You can ask us to review or delete an enquiry record that is no longer needed.
Your rights
